Meal Preparation Services

Electric Foods help heal and prevent disease. We use organic, local items as much as possible to provide you with the highest quality meals. You receive two meals (lunch and dinner) per day.  Pick up locations are in Decatur, Midtown, Downtown, Sandy Springs & Alpharetta. You can also arrange to pick up from one of our other delivery locations. Just shoot us a text to work out the details.

DECATUR PICK UP:  Oneka services the DECATUR area only.  ALL of her orders are PICKUP ONLY.  She will not deliver... don't even try it. lol. For the Decatur menu, please text 404.901.8619. In general, Oneka's menu goes out on Friday. You place your order via text by noon on Saturday.  Pick-up time varies on Sunday evenings depending on when the orders are complete. So, you can pick up Sunday evening or Monday mornings. Please note that the containers we serve your meals in are not disposable.  There is a $20 fee for not returning the containers. We like to keep our costs as low as possible so that our rates can stay as low as possible. Please help us by making sure the containers find their way back to us!

METRO ATL PICKUP/DELIVERY: Bridgett services the rest of the city. Please text 678.612.3882 to add your name to our list. Once you receive the menu, we ask that you place your order by a specific day/time. Pick up is typically available from one of our participating locations: Vertical Joe's Fitness in West Midtown, Do The Most in Sandy Springs, or Squeez in Midtown. Deliveries are available in Metro ATL for a fee. Please text to make sure we service your area. If you are ordering for the first time, please call us to discuss delivery so that we can discuss location and timing. 4 DAYS (8 meals): $96

5 DAYS (10 meals): $110

A delivery fee applies for sites with less than 4 participants. Based on service area the delivery fee may vary.
